1. Are all your jewelry made of genuine S925 sterling silver?
All of our rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets are crafted from authentic 92.5% sterling silver. Our pieces are nickel-free, lead-free and hypoallergenic, safe for sensitive skin.
2. Will my silver jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?
Our S925 sterling silver is nickel & lead free. It will not cause green skin irritation. Natural slight tarnish over time is normal for sterling silver, and can be easily polished back to shine.
3. How do I clean and care for my silver jewelry?
Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, seawater, and harsh chemicals. Gently wipe pieces with a soft cloth after wear, and store in sealed anti-tarnish bags when not in use.
4. How long is your shipping time?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard international delivery takes 7-15 business days to most countries worldwide.
