Return and Refund Policy
At LoveandSincerity, we are committed to providing you with high-quality jewelry and exceptional customer service.
You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.
To meet the criteria, the item must be unused and remain in its original packaging/condition.
Personalized items (such as custom engravings, birthstones, and names) may not be eligible for standard returns unless confirmed to be defective.
If you need to initiate a return, please contact us and provide your order number, the relevant product, and the reason for the return. We will provide further instructions.
Unless we confirm that we made an error, the return shipping fee will be borne by you.
Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund your original payment method or provide an exchange/credit service, depending on your choice.
Exchange policy
We offer a 30-day exchange service for all our customers. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To be eligible for an exchange, all items must meet the same return criteria outlined in our return policy. The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item and then purchase a new one separately.

Please note that your refund will be processed within 7 working days after receipt at our Quality Assurance Office. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email! The refund will be automatically made to the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund and credit the account.
