4. Orders&Contracts
4.1 Order Confirmation: After you submit the order and make a successful payment, we will send an email to confirm receipt of the order. But the sales contract between the two parties is only officially established when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
4.2 Inventory Adjustment: Although we will update inventory in real-time, if the products you ordered are out of stock due to peak orders, we will immediately notify you and provide you with a refund or waiting arrangement.

6. Returns&Refunds Policy
For light luxury jewelry with lower unit prices, we offer the following standard after-sales policies:
6.1 Return and exchange time limit:
You need to contact customer service within 30 days after receiving the package to initiate after-sales service.
The product needs to be kept brand new and unworn, retaining its original packaging, and not affecting secondary sales.
6.2 Non return and exchange scope:
Oxidation, discoloration, and wear caused by wearing.
Products that are intentionally damaged or modified without authorization.
Products with after-sales service time exceeding 30 days.
6.3 Refund processing:
After the review is approved, we will refund within 7-10 working days according to the original payment path.
The international logistics freight generated by international orders is usually non refundable (unless caused by our shipping error).
