Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase, except for weekends and public holidays. Please note that during peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Address Change
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to fulfill your request; But once the order enters the shipping process, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Multiple items appear simultaneously in order
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on inventory. When the goods are shipped together, the order will be issued based on the later estimated delivery date. If the items are sent separately, you will receive tracking information for each package.

Free replacement for quality issues: If your item is damaged, has manufacturing defects, or experiences quality issues upon arrival, we will provide free replacement.
